How can I find temp jobs in D.C.?

My current plan is to move to D.C. and get a temp job while I look for something more focused on international development with an NGO. Any idea how easy it is to get temp jobs there? Can anyone recommend any agencies?

Thank you!

Before you pack, check out the cost of living first. You won't survive in a decent area by working in a fast food restaurant. So you may want to explore living outside of the city, like 50 miles away in Fredericksburg, VA or Stafford.
Reply:I haven't worked in DC, but have used Ajilon temp services and really liked them and they have an office in DC (http://www.ajilon.com/default2.htm?count... I have also used Randstad, although the pay is usually less.

You can also look up temp services in the yellow pages.
