i want a job that is in the closest way to a C.S.I but i dont want to earn only 20000 a year. any jobs similar but with better pay?

Sweetie, they are making more then that. You need a Criminal Justice degree, and then some sort of science degree/education, almost any would do.
There is no way to get a job like that w/o an education, even in the private sector.
