What federal government jobs exist outside of D.C.?

Are they private industry and if so what are they?

What federal government jobs exist outside of D.C.?
Private industry is just that -- private. There are no federal government jobs in private industry.

As for what federal government jobs exist outside of D.C., well, most of them. Washington, DC has the hightest concentration of federal employees, but only a fraction of the total number of federal jobs.

What federal jobs are out there? Pick one. Inspectors, bookkeepers, law enforcement, forest and park rangers, secretaries, janitors, educators, technicians, lawyers, accountants, and so forth.
Reply:Federal Prisons, the post office, local FBI offices, national parks rangers, there are lots of federal jobs all over the place.
Reply:There are numerous federal jobs, the most common being the US Postal service. There are also federal office across the country. Social Security. congressional offices, military bases, parks services, etc.
Reply:Postal jobs are all over the country and they are government jobs. Every state has tons of federal jobs. This is a great website to look for Fed. jobs in different states. Good luck!
