What are schedule C job?
The person is an "independent contractor", not an "employee"; will have to (1) file either Schedule C or Schedule C-EZ and (2) if paid over $400, also file Schedule SE and pay a self-employement tax of 15.3% of 92.35% (which comes to roughly 14% when you do the math), in addition to regular income tax; and will not be eligible for unemployment compensation.
